Pre Pour Inspection
A pre pour inspections occurs before the concrete is poured.
This inspections is to ensure the beam depths are per plan, the beams are free and clear of debris, the exposed plumbing is properly covered, the vapor barrier is installed per today’s building standard, to ensure cables and rebar have proper clearances from soil, and more.
Pre Wallboard Inspection
This is an important inspection. This inspection is an in depth inspection to ensure the structure is installed per today’s local jurisdiction building code.

Lath Inspection
Many times lath is not installed per today’s building code or per manufacture inspection. This inspection is to ensure the stucco paper is properly installed and lapped, lath is installed and fastened properly.
Check the control joints, clearances between dissimilar materials, and ensure stucco panels will not be over sized. The control joints and drainage system are properly sized for the type of stucco system and more.
New Home Final Inspection
The New Home Final Inspection is performed when all systems are completed. This usually occurs when the house is complete and all services have the meters installed. This inspection is designed to operate systems looking for operation defects, code violations, and manufacture specifications if needed.
